At my heaviest, I weighed over 350 pounds (and I'm not 9 feet tall - only 5'5). I wanted nothing more than to lose weight but most days, I made decisions that kept me from that goal. I tried dozens of plans and programs, but it wasn't until I focused on building the skill of consistency that I was able to lose over 130 pounds.
